The Village Idiot – George Bush – Response To Accusations of Mental Retardation

A new proposal was put before the Senate that would require an IQ test for all future presidents. It is being called “The Bush Bill”. It would require all presidential candidates to take an accredited I.Q. test and prove that they have an average or higher I.Q.

Someone leaked a former I.Q. test taken by now presitent George W. Bush, when he was in college, showing his IQ to be 28 points below average, which puts him only 2 points above the cutoff point for mental retardation. Evidence has been released that showed that George W. Bush may have in fact cheated on this test, suggesting that perhaps his true IQ would in fact fall into the category of the mentally handicapped.

At a press conference early Thursday morning, president Bush was asked if he had indeed cheated on that IQ test and if he were legally considered mentally retarded.
